will my order benefit camp quest?
Yes! Items sold in our store directly benefit Camp Quest. The listed item price covers the expense of the item, printing, and fulfillment services. Camp Quest retains a percentage of your purchase after these expenses.
What product supplier do you use?
Our products are available through a print-on-demand service called Printify. Printify works with multiple product vendors, so the items in our store may come from different suppliers. Items purchased in the same order may be shipped separately, and fulfillment times will vary. Camp Quest is not responsible for item quality, fulfillment, or shipment.
What method is used for garment printing?
Printify, our product supplier, works with vendors that use direct-to-garment printing. This method is different from traditional screen printing, and the final print texture can vary. Direct-to-garment printing offers quality, precision printing at lower costs than screen printing.
How should I wash my garment?
Product care of direct-to-garment printed items may vary from the original manufacturer's care instructions. General care instructions for direct-to-garment printed items include: Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
What is your return policy?
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund and or help replace lost or damaged items.
If your order is defective, damaged, or lost, we will work with you and our product service, Printify, to resolve the issue. Printify cannot process refunds or reprint requests for any other cause, including customer error, fulfillment or shipment delays. Camp Quest is not responsible for item quality, fulfillment, or shipment.
If you need to request a refund, reprint, or to report a lost shipment, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the case of defective or damaged goods, there is no need to send the product back to us. Simply email us the order number and images of the damaged goods, or only the order ID for lost goods, and we will work with Printify to send your replacement items.
Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or reprint, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
