Camp Quest TERMS OF SALE AND Refund Policy
This policy applies to the Camp Quest, Inc. online store only. It does not apply to other Camp Quest programs, services, or those of our affiliates. This policy may change without notice and is effective immediately upon posting to the website.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund and or help replace lost or damaged items.
If your order is defective, damaged, or lost, we will work with you and our product service providers, Printify and Shopify, to resolve the issue. We cannot process refunds or reprint requests for any other cause, including customer error, fulfillment or shipment delays. Camp Quest is not responsible for item quality, fulfillment, shipment, reprints or exchanges.
If you need to request a refund, reprint, or to report a lost shipment, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the case of defective or damaged goods, there is no need to send the product back to us. Simply email us the order number and images of the damaged goods, or only the order ID for lost goods, and we will work with Printify to send your replacement items.
Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or reprint, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
